The North Star is Born!
There is no probable birth for the North Star because nobody has an idea when it was born. But it was founded in 1780 by William Herschel with a Modest Telescope. With this being said, it is assumed that Polaris was born through the process that most stars go through, born within a Nebula, and through Nuclear Fusion. Nuclear Fusion occurs when two protons crash into each other (Usually Hydrogen), that then creates another Proton (Helium). This process reoccurs over and over until it forms a Protostar (Basically a Baby Star). Eventually this star will be big enough to have its own gravitational pull that pulls its radiating energy back into itself. Creating a main-sequence star.
